a 'great' bong can be made by using a mason jar, doing 2 holes on the metal top (or 3 if you want a ventilation hole), insert a used pen tube, straw or anything similar in one hole, and something to be used as a bowl in the other one. it's a little tricky to do holes correctly so you can patch them with gum to seal it. it can makes great glass bongs
