The Medicine Lodge / shamanic plant blends

i have posted this in other forums but i wish to allso post this here because i believe that some illness come soley from the mind and a relaxed state of mind promotes a healthy body so here it goes

hello! i am new to this community and i am excited about joining. i am also fairly new to shamanism. one of the problems of not having a teacher is that you must find your own shamanic blends and this is sometimes a very hard thing to do. i fear hat when i do experiment and make my own blend something will go wrong. i have many plants and herbs that i have recently purchased and i was wondering if any one knew of some blends. now i know of blends such as damiana and blue lotus and i understand that they must be well mixed but my problem is ratios. what ratios do these plants get mixed in. 70 30? 60 40? or maybe 50 50. and if you can please try to make your proportions by weight. and please NO CANNIBIS. i do believe it has powers but i also know that it is illeagal so it is off the list. now as for what im looking for experiance wise is something similar to K2 SUMMIT. i saw it as a great herbal blend but then to see that i waas being lied to and that it contained the lab chemical JWH-018 i was infuriated. im looking for a similar effect so please help.

first off lol at jokergrin cause mead is delishious and second ive gotten simmilar effects from certain spiders orb spiders tend to do this i also got a warning bit from a brown recluse (one of the few spiders that can control weather or not their bite contains toxins) that was a very interesting time to say the least but as for the mad honey i think it would be interesting if you had a grove of wormwood with a beehive in the middle of it or perhaps wild dagga

but as for a visionary plant i have really ben looking into coleus blumi. but as for me i find theat being high as a kite+being in the woods really allows me to get in touch/intune with nature its almost like i can hear the planet breathe it is almost an unexplainable feeling. much better then getting high with friends which all in all seems like a dumb idea to me because noone will experience the same thing that you are at the same time. its a time for self exploration. not for group exploration oh and this is a blend that i have found thgat seems promising but once agin no ratios. can someone give me input on what a good ratio would be?

Too Stoned Blend
Rubbed Mullein Leaf as a base
Calamus Root, small pieces or powder
Elephant's Head Buds, for calming effect and flavor
Coltsfoot, not so strong as to cause coughing fits

i was going to substitute the elephants head with indian warrior
