The vendor is excellent, extremely customer oriented and very much a part of the entheo community, at least the research end. I don't think they are really to blame and I couldn't have asked for more responsiveness on their part.

Really, they can't test the seeds, extraction is illegal and vendors can't hide in obscurity like we all hope to. The vendor is at the mercy of nature as well so all in all, I feel they've fullfilled their part of the deal. Unfortunately, at the moment it's just an iffy time to buy seeds.  I really believe that this will be a learning experience and perhaps seeds will be harvested later next year as this may be an influencing factor on insuring more potent seeds.

Just FYI, I took a chance and ordered more from a florida supplier that has old stock of AC. Hopefully my result will be better but first I have to receive the seeds and then travel to costa rica for the prepartions and that won't happen for a couple weeks.  I'll let ya know how it goes.

For those that are interested in AC , I'd recommend checking north american suppliers and either specifying old stock or waiting for a later harvest or just asking the supplier to back up satisfaction (be careful how you word this, vendors aren't drug dealers). It is also possible for vendors outside north america to have immature or lower quality seeds.

Sorry for my earlier gross generality my interest was in helping other entheo consumers to get good stuff but spoke too soon.

The Rain Forest / Bad Anadenanthera Colubrina seeds
September 03, 2007, 11:12:19 AM
Hey folks, I recently bought some Anadenanthera seeds and have followed the snuff prep to the letter. A friend tried some , near 3 grams in fact and had no results.  Then an extract was made that was also found to be inactive.

There is reason to believe that the same seed are likely to end up in most North American and Canadian hands so I'd recommend buying from outside the US and Canada if you want good seeds.

Yeah, it was funny to see san pedro and peyote growing next to each other.

Actually, I thought the movie was aweful except for the fact that it had alot of entheogen scenes and the excellent peyote visual sequence and the nice crotch shot of Juliet Louis.

I seem to remember reading that using L-dopamine to bump up mescaline levels  in cactus was BS.  I personally don't know one way or the other but if you haven't found good solid information from someone whose done it in the past few years, I'd be weary of investing alot of effort on the endeavour.

I just visited JLF primary materials where a notice that they will soon be closing their doors on account of lack of business.  It's a sad day   .  They are having a going out of business sale to liquidate remaining inventory.

The Long House / Take action against Michael Vick!
July 19, 2007, 07:35:15 PM
I thought you might be interested in this HSUS (Humane Society of the United States) campaign to persuade the NFL to punish football player and alleged dogfighter Michael Vick appropriately. Now that a grand jury has indicted Michael Vick on federal animal fighting charges--including reports of extreme cruelty to dogs who weren't aggressive enough--it's clearly time for them to get off the dime.

Please ask NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell to suspend Michael
Vick immediately for his cruelty. It will only take a minute.

How was the quality of the bark at that price? Are we talking the inner purple pink or standard ?

I'd love a few more kilos for the grain silo but it's such a crap shoot about quality I'm hesitant.
