Title: radioblog
Post by: fuzz on November 23, 2005, 11:20:16 AM
hello Planters..

today i played with some of the radioblog possibilities.
http://www.radioblogclub.com/ (http://www.radioblogclub.com/)

it is a very easy to use little thing.
to test it out, i made a little playlist, with 10 tracks. mostly from Mali, Africa, and a few other things.

This is just an idea. who ever wants to participate could make their own top 10 lists and we could make a page for each playlist with info on various tracks.

listen to this playlist. see what you think, and share ideas and music:)

hello Planters,

Here are some updates on the radio site.

1 = I wanted to send a BIG THANX to Alfie_Ilkins who has been the back up stream for the radio. Thanx you Alfie.
2 = i have deleted a couple djs that are not streaming anylonger. Oli, and Ole. Ole, if you read this, tell me when you are ready to stream again.
3 = the radio is pleased to present a series of lectures by the great man Joseph Campbell. The talk is from his lecture The Eastern Way. It is the most clear introduction to buddhism that i have yet heard. so , take a breather, sit down with a cup of tea, and listen to Joseph tell you a story:)
http://www.spfradio.yage.net/radio/Joseph_Campbell.htm (http://www.spfradio.yage.net/radio/Joseph_Campbell.htm)

As to fuzz, well. no fuzzy stream lately, because fuzz fucked up my computer when she was trying to play a new game. grrr fuzz.
but hopefully, fuzz will be back on stream soon.

Also. the radio needs more DJS and listeners!
so, for those that wanna play, get it together.
and for the others: TUNE IN, and the radio will only get better the more people get into it.

for now, fuzz out.
and as Spring slowly pokes its nose through the clouds, happy planting to all.

 :D
Title: ogie tunes

hey Planters,

the radio is happy to present a new mp3 files collection.
here is Dr Ogie and his electronic Buzznice.
Ogie, if you are reading this, tell me if page suits you, or if youd like anything changed, or added. like some text about music, image or whatever you see fit?

hello Planters,

we have a new mp3 archive page.
http://www.spfradio.yage.net/radio/mp3.htm (http://www.spfradio.yage.net/radio/mp3.htm)

so please, do keep on sharing your favorite mp3 sites, so we can add them to the page.

today, a special Alan Watts page, with a talk: Buddhism, Religion of no Religion
http://www.spfradio.yage.net/radio/alan_watts.htm (http://www.spfradio.yage.net/radio/alan_watts.htm)

other change: i changed the frontpage (for technical reasons), and added a new gif.
http://spfradio.yage.net/ (http://spfradio.yage.net/)

also, it'd be nice for the radio to create some playlist to listen to. perhaps a Spirit Plants radio compilation of your favorite tunes, talks and whatnot.
so propose your favorites, and lets make a SPRadio compilation.

very impressive, Fz :) what about radio show archives?

that'd be great cenacle.
a couple factors to consider for projects:
1= bandwith
2 = server space

from what i remember, your shows are archived on alfie's server? am i correct?
if so, i'd be glad to make a page linking to your files on radio site.

i had started doing it already, but you said you wanted links to your site at scriptorpress, so i did as you asked, and unlinked from the radio page.
http://spfradio.yage.net/radio/within.htm (http://spfradio.yage.net/radio/within.htm)

do suggest what you  have in mind, and lets make it working:)

also, asking alfie, if thatd be ok to link up?

and you wankers out there, lets make a radio spirit plants compilation!!!
each choose a song, have it in an mp3 format, send it over, and we'll have a compilation
