Here's my recipe called 4 Fires Tea. It is a stimulating tea for the immune system, the nervous system and the circulatory system, and is very very good for colds and flu, and digestion, and causes quite a good sweat as you can imagine, and make you feel really really good :)
In two cups of water, put:
-1teaspoon green tea
-1teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
-a small pinch of cayenne pepper
-the juice of one lemon (or lemon juice to taste)
