I am searching for seeds of Pouteria lucuma/ Lucuma obovata/ Pouteria obovata. I am not sure what the correct scientific name is for the species. I just know the common name is Lucuma.
I am wondering if there is any spirit plant members that live in Peru that have tried the fruit? If you haven't tried it I am sure its available at most Peruvian supermarkets/grocery stores.
I think it should be available in most parts of Peru and maybe in Bolivia.
It isn't grown in the USA except for a few places in California. Probably not commercially though.
The powder is becoming more available I know, but I am not interested in powder. I am looking for seeds.
