Brother Byron was self policeing, but it's all good now
So did Byron get banned from SPF? He's written me and reports being unable to access the forums and not receiving any responses back from a couple of the mods he's e-mailed. I think it would at least be a decent thing to inform him if that is the case and let him know why ... polite in the very least considering Byron's been a part of this community, since before it was SPF and since before most of the present mods ever arrived. Just 2 cents.
News to me.
I accidentally deleted some of his posts in a thread in which I thought he was a troll, but that was a mistake. As far as I know he isn't banned.
A troll created several names simular to regular members here. The troll also impersonated several moderators and made up postings saying certain people were banned etc. His name might have got mixed up in that. As far as I know, there is only one person who is really "banned" and it took years. An adminstrator hopefully will be able to fix it. I'll passed this message along.
