Title: Curry Kale Salad

Since I discovered Kale is very nutritious and one the healthiest things you can eat alongside other dark green vegetables, I decided to experiment with it. Here is a recipe I made up which I found to be pretty tasty.

1. Take kale and remove leafy section from central stem. Throw away stem.
2. Tear leafy section into small, bite size pieces.
3. Mix well with dressing and enjoy!

Dressing recipe: You can mix dressing separately or mix in same bowl with salad, if the bowl is big enough.

1. Sea salt
2. Curry powder
3. Lemon juice
4. Extra virgin olive oil

You will have to adjust the ratios to your taste, I use a generous 1:1 ratio of lemon juice to olive oil, however I usually don't measure ingredients when making salad.
