I think this is a sign that martial law is surely on the horizon and the powers that be are expecting some sort of chaos to erupt.
the dems are so scared of being labeled weak on defense, on anything really, its sad. politics have really just devolved into a messaging war. this is why they did libya, why they keep up afghanistan, alot of why they bust mmj clubs, etc. now indefinite detention cause they are so desperate to at least act bipartisan (they're just gonna slap down your hand, quit reaching out Obama). you know its a shitty bill when dem president pushes it, but it passes with little dem but mostly rep support in congress. anyone smell treason?
