hey kids - if anyone has JRL's cell-number - give him a call - he's doing an overnight in a hospital for observation - seems he's okay but a call from a spf voice would be sensational

Well the observation turned into a procedure, cleaned out a funky artery and put a stent in, and I am already feeling good. Can't be rid of me that easy!

Skid, the birthday was not so great, instead of being at the Giants game we watched it on TV. TJ was gonna surprise me with a ferry ride across the bay to McCovey Cove and club level seats closer to home plate than 1st base. We gave em to our friends and they sent us pictures. But at least I had a birthday and for a minute I wasn't sure I was gonna make it.

Judih, lifestyle changes are in order plus 7 scripts.

Recovery continues. Played my first gig, a private housewarming for my accordion playing friend. People remark about how good I look. I feel good but tire quickly.

My body is saying "thank you " right now. The repair seems to be making a big difference and I am very motivated towards a better diet etc. Gonna see my PCP today, and a cardiologist soon.

Stronger everyday!!
