On the 25th anniversary of the Bhopal disaster I ask you this, 'Should people who are known to be contaminated and who will give birth to physically and mentally disabled children, be allowed to breed?'.

I think the larger question is wether a gubmit entity has any bidness in ANYONE'S bedroom. (Except in cases of rape or physical/sexual abuse.)
