Irie,
So I was up on me mate farm going through his medicinal plants and he rolls up his herb (MJ) in a vine leaf....???
So I'm like Oh Yeah WTF ! Serious he rekkons that you can use it green, undried!! It still burns...
So grab me self a cutting.....not worth a pic yet....it's too beaten up..
He told me he got it from St.Vincent, where they call it "I Man-yard"...
It's leaves are similar to ipomoea pes-caprae.
Just wondered if any one else has come across this plant???
I'll take some shots when I get some shoots....

poor plant, of course it burns, its dead! heres hoping to you rescuing the lil sucker.
Ya that leaf looks pretty crispy!
Not to insult your intelligence or anything, but just think about it logically: an alive leaf will have water in it. 99.9999% of the time, water will not burn. If the plant is dehydrated, then perhaps it'll smolder.
Just my thoughts...

Irie,
So Steve did you check out my post "water"? It goes on about how nothing will burn without the presents of water?? I found it odd to say the least....
Yeah man It's pretty crispy....but it's got roots...and that's enuff for me to this sucker growing again....
Now I find it very interesting that this Rasta hasn't had to buy rolling papers for ten years....now that's gotta be a bloody good saving...

No I never saw that post...I'll look for it though. :) I know that when stuff burns, it creates water (with complete combustion)...
