I realize that the sound of your voice could identify you, but as long as we obeyed the rules that shouldn't really be a problem. I wonder is it possible to add audio attachments to posts here at Spiritplants? I have a mic hooked up to my computer and it's real simple for me to create an audio file. It would be cool to hear what you sound like from time to time. The audio files could be deleted after a week or so to make room on the hosting hard drives. Is this possible? Is this something that you would want to do?
Right now, attaching auido clips to posts like you can with pictures is not possible. If we need it to be, then I can look into it.
There is a better way though and that is just uploading a clip to one of the many file hosting sites and putting the link in your post.
Drop.io (//http://drop.io/) is a great one that is free and fairly secure (meaning your stuff won't be found doing a web search). There is also no signup at all.
Ifile.it (//http://ifile.it) is another one you can use.
Adrive (//http://www.adrive.com/) is another if you need lots of space.
