just a little head's up to say:
Things have been well...i'm taking night courses to finish up my high school math and sciences, hoping to go to university or college in Environmental Sciences...
I've started chewing Kratom which is very nice...i recommend it to any who haven't tried it yet...i prefer it very much to coffee, as a pick-me-up, although it's much more expensive..i take about 2g of the premium leaf kratom..actually the very BEST reference i've found to it is Murple's essay here:

in particular here's a quote from that link which people will find interesting concerning the ACTIVE INGREDIENT in kratom "Most research that has been done on kratom has focused on mitragynine or the whole plant, and since it has only recently been discovered that 7-hydroxymitragynine is the primary drug, there is still relatively little information on its activity and what differences it may have from mitragynine. it's been raining alot this summer in Montreal. I've been getting out on the bike...i plan on going on a weekend bike trip 150km to my hometown of Sherbrooke, i'll be setting camp halfway there on the first night..
