Title: Ryan Frederick/drug raid
Post by: senorsalvia on July 09, 2008, 11:19:18 AM
I posted before about the case of Ryan Frederick (police raid/cop killed when subject shot through door)...  At the time I was really surprised that no one cared to check out the story or comment...  Now it seesm as if the prosecutor has decided not to seek the death penalty as previously had been stated.  Investigators are finding disturbing things out such as the fact that the police went into the house after Ryan was in custody and patched a bullet hole in the wall from a 223 cal shell.  (although Ryan shot through his front door with a 9mm, and the cops swear they never fired a shot!!!)   Question,  why did the cops plug up a bullet hole in Ryans house????   I'm telling you folks that this case needs attention drawn to it!!!..........  Ryan still sits in jail without bond..........   .....  Don't any of you folks care about the implications or injustices here????    Yeah I know, we all have alot of other life issue things to contend with etc, etc, but this is such a prime example of WOD/cop misconduct/the machine arbitrarily railroading someone, that it's important to notice...........PS, sorry if this sounds like a soap box rant, but this is really "one of those" type cases..................

I checked it out, but never replied.

I've owned guns all my life and can't imagine shooting through a closed door without knowing exactly who was on the other side. Even if shots were being fired into the house, I wouldn't pull the trigger without first identifying the target. Taking cover would be my first priority. Someone enters my house and that's another story.

So I never replied because dude appears to be in the wrong to me for killing the cop with a shot through the door. But I don't know all the circumstances surrounding the case and I for sure don't believe in the death penalty.
