Title: growing sassafras

Im guessing this species is fairly hardy since its native to most of the eastern USA.

Ive even heard of people trying it in Minnesota.

I live in Northern Florida and im sure it would do fine here.  Some other cold hardy plants do ok here like Paw Paw, Virginia creeper..etc.

Where I am at alot of stuff still grows fine but probably not so good in Southern Florida
