Not seen the film, but a very funky clip:

Boooooooshpigg
Some of the comments said it was a peyote brew they were drinking, not ayahucasca. I haven't taken either.
It's kind of a dark, uncomfortable trip from the looks of it (well, the first 4 minutes, then I got bored).
That was an enjoyable ending :)
Is that trip a typical one?
Niiice. I want to see the whole flick now.
Here's a little Jack Black ditty I've watched at youtube a couple of times that still makes me laugh. Some folks don't like the ending, but I see it as an extension of their trip.....

lw
yes it was a good movie
the reason it was so dark in the beginning is the guy that he got out the gun for was an enemy. the enemy did the aya before him and a shaman told him to do th aya to confront him on the other side.
the girl that kissed him was a girl he liked that his enemy killed earlier in the movie. he found out that he killed her by mistake from a stray bullet and it wasnt his enemy after all. his enemy shot his shoulder and when he shot it hit the girl in the forehead.
best movie I saw in a while

hey, hey, hey
They ware doing Aya? I have seen the cactuses in that cave;
Yeah, it was funny to see san pedro and peyote growing next to each other.
Actually, I thought the movie was aweful except for the fact that it had alot of entheogen scenes and the excellent peyote visual sequence and the nice crotch shot of Juliet Louis.
