The thread below on 'board of directors' was a suggestion and was posted to open discussion on whether or not we should vote.
Some apropriate discussion followed but was confused by the fact that we didn't agree to vote in the first place.
However, most of the people mentioned are already in the existing team, which is working well.
On the topic of voting: i find it 'old school' and far prefer consensus building procedures.
In the thread below about 'invitation forums' one can see part of this process in action and i think it's a good example of how changes can be dealt with by really opening up the discussion and not being hasty.
