I've been growing dream herb for about two years.  It's very easy to grow, I give mine lots of water and indirect sunlight.  I put about a tablespoon of dried, crushed leaves into some hot water at night and drink the whole thing down.  Seems to work pretty good.

From time to time I use Calea and almost had no satisfactionary effects. I have better dream recalls but only once I had an intense experience. I've smoked a bowl of the dream herb and went to bed. While falling asleep I remained lucid and suddenly found myself in a dream. I was amazed!

Today nor smoking, nor eating dried leaves give anything more then a few more dreams remembered after each night. For about a month I use various techniques to induce lucid dreams without Calea. After some successes I hope to use the dream herb and experience something intense. I have a friend that used it and had profound experiences during a sleep.

What is the best way of administrating Calea? What are your experiences? Is drinking a tea more effective then smoking or eating dried material? If you drink it, do you also eat used leaves?

I've already used many, many grams with no apparent success and Calea isn't cheap here, in Poland. I'm considering growing it but currently I focus on my beloved ska Pastora plant.

Calea is easy to grow from cuttings and produces a LOT of seeds once it starts to flower.  I haven't tried sowing seeds yet, but probably will soon.
As far as consumption, the couple times I tried it were uneventful.  If it's expensive in Poland, get some seeds and grow it.

Calea seeds are hard to sprout. I'm not sure I ever got any to sprout, even from my own plants. There is probably a trick to it or just use 100 seeds to get one sprout.

Planted a bunch of seeds, got two sprouts and one managed to survive to being a plant.  That said, once they get going they're fairly easy plants.  Noticed a very effective increase in lucid dreaming from smoking a joint of cured Calea z. foilage on a couple of occasions.  Certainly worth having in the grow space if you've got a fair bit of room, though nothing earth shattering.

I ordered a started plant from an Ohio nursery (pm for details) and it has been growing faster that a weed!  It likes even full sun here in central FL.

I have no experiance with the plant, really, as far as consumption.

(not to hijack)

but how do you sow the seeds?

whole. or break them up?(seperate them?)

A rooted clone is the way to go. Seeds are notoriously unviable, I don't know why. Mine have been growing for a few years. They die back and grow again. Never tried using it, it sounded unimpressive. I have tons of stuff I grow and never tried. If you have seeds, I would sow them all. Break up clumps and sprinkle them on top of the soil, perhaps a seeds thickness of sand on top. Keep moist and hope something comes up. 1 per 100 is a normal rate.

yeah, but what im a wondrin is:

the seeds come in like little "tufts" and then they break up into tiny little grass seed type...

so i either have 10 seeds(as the tuft)

or 100 seeds, if broken apart IS IN FACT the way to do them...

im still confused on this
