Long Beach, CA 90802

This is part of the larger International Drug Policy Reform Conference.  They will be showing clips from popular movies (including Go, Human Traffic, Garden State and others) all the way down to independently shot documentaries in clubs and unreleased indie films. A couple of the filmmakers will be there to speak, as well as the head of LA's Dance Safe chapter and a local club promoter that you just may be familiar with.

Also, at 8:30 they are screening a documentary called The Last Two Seconds about Dr. Alexander Shulgin and his wife Ann.

So caufield, how do you figure this film festival is going to present MDMA?  In a possitive manner?  Or more of a full spectrum take on things.  i.e. including the negative side.

I personally can't stand exstacy.  I mean sure, the first time or four are amazing, but at a price.  Last time I tried it (several years ago) it stuck me in a fit of depression for close to six months.  Just sucked the chemicals right out of my head.  Was a heavy price, I'll never touch it again.
