Title: Psychotria viridis and Kratom
Post by: Green2Herman on October 23, 2005, 02:46:21 PM
Hi!

I am looking for:
   Psychotria viridis, and
   Kratom
plants to my collection.

I currently not have much to trade keeping my collection small but I have at least the following:

  Plants
   *) San Pedro.
   *) Salvia.

  Other stuff. Not plants.
   -) Syrian Rue seeds.
   -) Mimosa Hostilis. Dried.
   -) Phalaris Arundinanae. Dried.

Will check around my collection and herb savings for other stuff tomorrow also.

Would really like the Psychotria Viridis in my collection. It is such an important plant, and I really think it would hit it off together with my Salvias. To powerfull plant allies together in my apartment.

And Kratom would be fun to grow for the holidays
 :P

I am from North Europe...

hello green2herman,

I do have psychotria viridis but they did not adapt very well to lower humdity and room temperature (I didn´t put them under a humidity dome) they look crippled and are growing very slow. Maybe it would be easier to obtain 2-3 healthy big p.v. leaves, you could get 3-4 young plants from one big leaf if you are patient and willing to wait around 3 months. ringworm has written very helpful instructions on p.v. propagation on the ayahuasca.com forums. if you are interested in: //http://forums.ayahuasca.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=2656&highlight=psychotria+propagation (unfortunately all the pics are gone). not sure if you would be happy if I would send you some small crippeld leaves. I know this did not help you very much, I´m sorry....
